I unfortunately know lots of people with that mindset that if they are having a bad day then everyone else around them needs to have a bad day too or else it just isn't fair. Then it was time for a shift change and the person who replaced him was just as bad, if not worse, then the blackjack dealer that I initially talked about! It was obvious she was having a bad day and intended to take it out on everyone else. So I then went to another table where this time the dealer was a little more personable and was at least talking. I attempted to make small talk conversation and the dealer literally said NOTHING at all. I sat at a blackjack table for over an hour by myself with a dealer.
How some of these people passed 'an audition' is beyond me. This is one of the few places that I have been to where the majority of dealers lack in their personality and customer service.
